Learning outcomes:
The seminar is 2 hours. The participants will get an overview of what anxiety is, and will be shown therapeutic techniques (Cognitive Restructuring) and practical strategies that will help them with their anxious teenager(s). Breathing and Grounding techniques to help reduce anxiety and panic attacks will also be demonstrated.Presented by: Robert Wise
